Shipping and returns
How much are the shipping fees of my order?
– Portugal: 4,80€
– Spain: 9,00€
– The Netherlands: 4,95€
– Remaining EU countries: 25,00€
Delivery time of orders by destination:
– Portuguese and Spanish mainland, delivery is made within 3 business days after shipment.
– Portuguese and Spanish islands, between 6 to 12 business days after the expedition.
– Other countries within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and Returns in 14 days from the registration of purchase.
The exchange procedure and processing may take up to 7 business days.
The refund process will only be carried out after the reception of the product and verification of the conditions of the product.
The return / exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return of defective products
The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with respect to the ordered items. The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 15 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to reimbursement. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
- Right of Withdrawal
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 14 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:
– Have not been used.
– The customer has the right to try the item to test the size and shape, but cannot use them.
– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).
– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.
- Exchange by Size or by other Articles
To exchange one article for another or to resize an article, please follow the steps below.
How to Proceed:
Step 1: Fill out the return form:
– Please fill out the form.
– Identify the item (s) you wish to return / exchange and select one of the 8 options.
Step 2: Place the article and the form in the box
– Place the completed article and form in a pack. If possible, also attach a copy of the invoice. You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another carton, provided it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you intend to return. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and paste the Return label, which was delivered with your order.
– Close the box and seal it with tape.
Step 3: Collection of the article
The transport company will go through the indicated address to make the collection. (The collections are not made on holidays and weekends).
Step 4: Refund
After receiving and analyzing the product the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
